Shipping Cost
Currently, We ship only within India.
Free shipping is available on orders ₹699 and above.
Orders below ₹699 will incur a flat shipping charge of ₹99.
Any additional charges (such as courier surcharges for remote areas) will be communicated at checkout.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may increase slightly.
Once an order is marked as “To Be Printed” or “In Production”, changes to size, color, or shipping address are no longer possible.
Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates with the courier.
Incorrect Address
Ensure your shipping information is accurate and complete.
Wurthet is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, re-delivery charges may apply.
Failed Delivery
If delivery fails, we will assist in coordinating with the courier, subject to their policies.
Any re-delivery charges imposed by the courier will be borne by the customer.
To avoid failed deliveries, ensure someone is available to receive your package.
Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, please contact us at support@wurthet.com within 48 hours of the delivery status update. Provide the following details:
Order ID
AWB number
Any supporting evidence or information We will coordinate with our fulfillment partner to investigate the issue. Please note that claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for resolution.
