Yes, all returns and exchanges are chargeable at ₹100.
This helps us cover basic logistics and processing costs while keeping our pricing fair for all customers.
Items bought in packs or bundles — these are only eligible for size exchange (also charged at ₹100).
Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged, except clothing.
Clothing bought on sale can only be exchanged for a different size in the same item, or another item in the same category.
Note: Any price differences must be covered by the customer.
Shipping charges of ₹100 still apply.
Each order is eligible for one-time return or exchange only.
We will not be able to process multiple returns or exchanges for the same order.
We reserve the right to decline a return or exchange if:
The item is not in original condition
The item is worn, washed, or damaged
The original tags or packaging are missing (If any)
The item is returned after the return window closes
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days once the return item is received and inspected.
For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are eligible for store credit or bank transfer only.
