To be Noted: You can register a return request within 7 days of delivery. For the best chance of approval, please report any issues as soon as possible (within 24 hours of delivery) with clear proof.
At Wurthet, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. While all of our products are made-to-order with care, sometimes mistakes or damages can happen. That’s why we’ve created a fair return policy that protects both you and us as a small business.
✅ Eligible Returns
We accept returns only if:
The product is damaged in transit
You received the wrong item
The product has a manufacturing/printing defect
An item is missing from your order
Please note: Returns for “change of mind,” incorrect size choice, or personal preference are not accepted.
❌ Non Eligible Returns
Bundles or packs (unless defective)
Sale items (unless defective)
Items that are worn, washed, or not in original condition
Items missing original tags (if any) or packaging
How to initiate Refund?
To start a return, please reach out to us at support@wurthet.com with the following details:
Order ID
Your Full Name
Email used at purchase
Item Name/SKU
Reason for Return (Damaged, Wrong item, Misprint, Missing item)
Proof: Attach clear photos and an unboxing video of the item and packaging (mandatory for inspection).
⚠️ Requests without proper photo/video evidence may be declined.
Our customer support team will assist you and provide step-by-step guidance to complete your return smoothly.
Are There Any Charges for Returns?
Yes, A ₹100 processing fee applies to all approved returns. Reverse shipping charges and, if applicable, reship/storage fees charged by our fulfillment partner will also apply.
These fees help cover logistics and handling while keeping our product pricing fair.
Return/Exchange Limit
Each order is eligible for one return request only. Multiple returns for the same order cannot be processed.
When Will I Receive My Refund?
Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method.
Important Notes
Orders cannot be canceled once they reach “To Be Printed” status.
If an order is returned to origin (RTO) due to incorrect address, unserviceable pincode, or failed delivery attempts, refunds may not be possible.
